Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I would like to obtain data concerning Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Tribunal Decisions.

- disability subgroup 'non-specific back pain'
- disability subgroup 'specific back pain'
- disability subgroup 'multiple sclerosis'
- disability subgroup 'cystic fibrosis'
- specific disability 'chronic fatigue syndrome'

I would also like to see Tribunal Decisions broken down by age bands, such as those used by the DWP on Stat-Xplore (16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-59, 70 and over).

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Thank you for your response. Please can you confirm what the data headers in the columns of Table 1 should be, currently they all only say 'Appeals - '. Are they the same as those showing in Table 2, and in the same order?

Yours faithfully,

Caroline Stickland
