A client of mine is being subjected to a "Performance Measurement Meeting" which they are told is to monitor the adequacy of their PIP assessment.
I would like to know the details of this "Performance Measurement" process; the contractor involved and all processes. Particularly how many assessments will be checked, to what guidelines and the process that happens should an assessment be found to be defective.
