June.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'PIP Case Manager Modules'.
Keeping in line with your request I would like these modules, if that is not within the costs submit what you have in the format that is most cost effective or if necessary use your judgement to remove any costly elements or modules. I have submitted 6 of the ones of importance rather than 5 but reduce to 5 if you have to removing a module of your choice with priority given on order of submission but I feel all 6 would be fair and reasonable

Dear David Jameson,
Thank you for your email dated 16 August 2023. We have rechecked your
original response and can confirm that all the documents were released to
you in the 5 Zip files.
PIP 17RD - Paper Claims for case managers is a self-paced product. This
means that unlike the rest of the training products there are only 2
attachments, the slides, and the knowledge checker.
Yours sincerely,
