Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please can you send me all the guidance used by the DWP case manager (decision maker)
for processing a claimant completed AR1:PIP.1043 form and for conducting a Pip award review.

Including copies of: the decision making guide, process tree and bulletins, templates and updates or notices.

Guidance includes covering: When to decide AR1:PIP.1043 by a paper based review; deciding the claim as a on-going award; effect on decision between used set descriptions "easier/harder/stayed the same"; changing the points awarded and rate from original award; and setting PIP review dates.
