Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please could you let me know how many "goodwill gesture" payments have been offered by Capita, in response to complaints made about medical assessments carried out on applicants for Personal Independence Payment?

What percentage of such offers have been taken up?

Yours faithfully,

Ged Seacombe
