PIP Application by non-speaker
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I have just tried to start a PIP claim and as a non-speaker, I used RELAYUK to make the call - apparently to a chap named Craig - who, unfortunately was clearly unable to waste his time dealing with a disabled customer and he rang off before I was able to communicate further with him..
This was NOT a problem caused by the app or system - it was due to Craig himself.
Could you please provide the stats showing the number of calls made to start a PIP claim via RelayUK vs number of normal phone calls, per day over the last 12 months?
How many of the RelayUK calls are broken by DWP before the call is complete ?
Yours faithfully,
Colin Paterson
