PIP appeal rates and reasons

We're waiting for Tom Porter to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,

According to HMCTS data, for PIP appeals over the years 2021-2023, please provide a) number and proportion of personal independence payment claims overturned by Tribunal, b) these numbers broken down by primary reason for overturning.

The same information (using DWP data) has been made publicly available by the Secretary for State for Work and Pensions in response to a written parliamentary question by the MP for Battersea.
