Dear Heriot-Watt University,

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 please provide me with the information contained in your records as follows:

The date when the Pinsent Masons Guidance on disciplinary procedures in universities was implemented.

The date when the disciplinary guidance developed by the Scottish Government led group “Equally Safe in Colleges and Universities (ESCU)” was implemented.

If neither of these disciplinary guidelines have been implemented then the University can simply state that under Section 17 of the Act that no records are held.
