Pilot of Universal Jobmatch

Ian Wolf made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please indicate which jobcentre's are piloting the introduction of Universal Jobmatch and a copy
of the jobcentre's written guidance given to staff on this pilot and how it is presented to customers.

The DWP told the Guardian that the site was still being piloted before a national rollout and that manual checks alongsideas well as automated checks were taking place to combat the problems.
