Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request:

 

I would like to request a copy of the 'bid' submitted by Calderdale
Council for funds to assist in the redevelopment of the Halifax Piece hall

 

We have attached the Round 2 application form for The Piece Hall – Halifax
Heritage.

 

There is some information that has been redacted from the attached
application form, as follows:

 

Elements of sections 1c, 1k and 5a were redacted under Section 40(2) of
the FOIA – Personal Information. This exemption allows a public body to
withhold information that could be considered personal to an individual. 
In line with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act, a public
body has a duty to protect personal information that it holds.

 

Elements of section 1g were redacted under Section 41 of the FOIA –
Confidential Information. The applicant provided their bank account
details to HLF with an expectation that they would be treated
confidentially.
