Dear Carmarthenshire Council,

I am making a request for information under the freedom of information act. It concerns the Picton Monument.

I want information from Carmarthenshire Council which shows that the Council have established that the Picton Monument, Racism and Slavery are three separate issues and are not part of the same issue.

I want information about the discussions regarding the proposed renaming of the Picton monument.

I want information which shows how the word, "Picton" targets any individual person because they can choose to ignore it.

I want Carmarthenshire Council to investigate the bias found in the BBC news report: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-wales-5...

Yours faithfully,

Alex Robertson
