your feedback team is apparently no longer dealing with Formal Complaints, so I would be grateful if your organization could please provide me with everything needed to make one?

I would also remind your organization, one more time, that your members of staff, regardless of who they are, or who they think they are, are not authorized to put their hands on people. That is physical assault.

Dear NHS HIGHLAND,

thank you for having kept me waiting so long for providing me with your new procedure for submitting my Formal Complaint.

I hope that your CCTV images will still be available by the time your organization commences the investigation of my Formal Complaint.

When your local mates make Formal Complaints against foreign workers, they are immediately investigated. Immediately! But when foreign workers make Formal Complaints against your local mates, they are either ignored or being kept waiting.
