P&HSO took no action against the MHC&LG for breach of the Equality Act 2010.

The request was refused by Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Dear Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman,
Your ref no C2015650

Why P&HSO took no action against MHC&LG for an illegal statutory decision of Birmingham City Council for allowing a three stories high density building to be built all across my garden fence when it wasn't even in the Proposed Planning Application, against the jurisdiction of Birmingham Planning Committee , and in breach of Planning Law and the Equality Act 2010.

Yours faithfully,

Neena Shingari
