Photographs submitted to planning department re. No. 7 Oakwood Avenue.

We're waiting for Henry Bortkiewicz to read recent responses and update the status.

Henry Bortkiewicz

Dear Brentwood Borough Council, in the decision notice which approved the plans for the extension of no. 7 Oakwood Avenue mention was made in 5.0 Assessment:
"This report was written without a site visit as a direct consequence of the constraints of coronavirurs and the national instruction operative at the time to avoid all but essential journeys. Site photographs have been provided by the applicant at the request of the case officer."
These photographs have not been posted on the planning portal, along with the other documents pertaining to the planning application, We were never consulted about these photographs or had an opportunity to submit photos of our own. We would like to view these photographs as they appear to have been a deciding factor in the decision to allow a narrow, vertically and elongated building to receive planning permission

Yours faithfully,

Henry Bortkiewicz and Sharon Ould
Owners of No.9 Oakwood Avenue

FOI, Brentwood Borough Council

Thank you for your request.
