Dear Mr
Newall
We apologise for the delay to your response of 4 December 2019, which was
due on 5 January 2020. This has been due to a combination of the Christmas
break, staff absence and a busy information rights Inbox.
Attached we have provided email correspondence between the council and
Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS). We have searched for correspondence
between 23 August 2019 and 4 December 2019. We have redacted the names,
emails and direct telephone or mobile numbers of CfPS staff, individuals
in the LGA and University of Birmingham and most council staff, under
section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is exempt
information relating to third parties.
Note that this is not an exhaustive list of correspondence with CfPS,
which otherwise includes their general newsletters and arrangements for
attendance at a conference.
Below is a log of phone calls between Sheffield City Council and CfPS for
the period 23/08/19-04/12/19.

I have been unable to obtain a list of calls from Vodaphone who manage our
mobile telephones, and will continue to chase them.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can ask for an internal
review. If you are still dissatisfied, you can ask the Information
Commissioner for a decision: [1][email address]
