Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,
I am writing to you regarding if it is possible to release a copy or multiple copies of the original "Phoenix magazine"
My reasoning of this is i have a large interest in the past of Merseyside fire & rescue and having heard about the existance of this magazine, i wondered if i could recieve a copy.

Yours faithfully,

Jacob Gary
