Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act. Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to you. Specifically, you
have requested the following information:
“The Phoenix Community Centre Association in Upper Norwood operates the
Council owned asset on Westow Street.
The Charity has not provided any reporting to the Charity Commission for nearly
three years.
Please provide evidence of all correspondence with the Phoenix Community
Centre Association regarding their reporting and record keeping at this vital public
asset”.
The Council have not entered into any correspondence with the Phoenix Community
Centre Association regarding their reporting and record keeping over the last few years.
We have now raised this matter with them and are arranging to meet shortly to discuss
further to try and rectify the position.
