Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lambeth Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Phase 1 - Ropers Walk'.

From public documents published by Homes for Lambetha and the Lambeth planning officers, there was apparently a clear decision was made at some point to choose Ropers Walk as Phase 1 of the Cressingham Gardens estate, a major redevelopment program being undertaken by the council. Consequently, there must be documentation of that decision that is easy to hand. Thus, I do not believe it would take 18 hours to locate such information. At most it would take at most 55 mins of officer time:
5 mins for FOI team to draft letter to the regeneration team
10 mins for the regeneration team to locate the decision details and audit trail given that it was recently required for the 9th Feb planning application committee meeting
5 mins for regeneration team to write an email response to FOI team
30 mins for FOI team to read through documents and redact any personal information
5 mins to compose and send back FOI response

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Gerlinde Gniewosz

Good afternoon

ICO Case Reference: IC-98382-M1M0

Please note our further clarification for this request:

Although Ropers Walk is part of the Cressingham Garden estate
geographically, the approved planning application to rebuild Ropers Walk
is not part of the proposed overall rebuilding of the whole estate.

The current Joint Delivery Plan explains the remit of the rebuilding
programme. As a masterplan has not been developed for Cressingham Gardens,
we cannot consider the approved Ropers Walk planning application within
the context of a masterplan for Cressingham Gardens. Therefore we have
concluded that the specific information requested is not held.

Kind regards

Dear Jane Shields,

In early documentation, Ropers Walk was defined as Phase 1.

That aside, can you then provide simply all copies of documents and emails that deal with the analysis and decision to choose Ropers Walk for redevelopment as part of the small sites programme.

Yours sincerely,

Gerlinde Gniewosz
