PfE Advice for Planning Committee
Dear Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please provide details and a copy of the advice given to the Planning Committee in relation to all planning applications which are subject to the detailed clauses set out in the Places for Everyone Plan.
We recognise that for New Carrington, this will include brownfield sites such as the current planning application for the Cryogenic Energy Storage facility adjacent to the powerstation. We are also aware that the developer for Warburton Lane anticipates a planning application coming forward before Christmas.
Yours faithfully,
Marj Powner
