Please can you give me the names of the councillors on the council who signed and dated the Petition.

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,
Please acknowledge this FOI request because Maidstone Borough Council has a habit from reading multiple FOI requests put to Maidstone Borough Council through this website of delaying requests by seeking clarification when the FOI is due, or just failing to provide answers by continually delaying, as a you have done with many previous requests, including mine.

Dear ComplaintsAndFOI (MBC),
I am perplexed as to why the Privy Council can provide a copy of this Royal Charter that Maidstone Borough Council denies having and confirm that Your council did petition to call itself a Borough ?
Please confirm which Royal charter gave Maidstoen Borough the right to style your district council as a borough and call yourselves Maidstone Borough Council.
Yours sincerely,
D Speller

Is Maidstone Borough Council saying the Privy Council are liars and that the council holds no record of any councillors petitioning for the council to be styled as a Borough and granting the council the right to call yourselves Maidstone Borough Council ?
Yours sincerely,
