Peters and Peters Review of SPM Prosecutions

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Post Office Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Post Office Limited,On their website Law Firm Peters and Peters claim"Since 2020 We are assisting the current Post Office team on the review of a large volume of criminal appeals."Can you provide details of what you instructed the Firm to look for or report on these Prosecutions eg.sentence,ethnicity,length of service,What Law Firm was used in the original prosecution,name of ASM,Contract Manager or Investigator?If these details were not requested what were they looking at and how much did this piece of work cost?
