Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,

Thank you for your reply of 2nd August.

You begin with an apology for the delay in responding. An apology is of course welcome, but since it has taken you 102 days to respond to a request that should have been responded to in 21 days, five times longer than required, I must also request an explanation for the quite extraordinary delay.

Thank you for the information given.
With regard to the missing piece of information, the breakdown into electoral wards,, I request that you explain why you are unable to do this, and to offer a substitute piece of geographical information, by postcode, perhaps?

Yours sincerely,

Michael Dixon

Dear Mr Dixon

As a cumulative result of the recent pandemic, officer resources within
the Environmental Health team have been significantly affected and
additional statutory duties, coupled with a shortage in staff, led to
enquiries of this nature being delayed longer than we had anticipated.

Please see the attached spreadsheet which provides a record of the areas
and the number of domestic service requests made during the financial year
2020-21.

Yours sincerely
