FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ENQUIRY: PERTIS MACHINES 
 
Thank you for your email dated 5 May 2016 requesting the fol owing information: 
 
“I would like to request a list of stations in the West Yorkshire area which had PERTIS machine 
installed in them in the 1990s.” 
 
This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“Act”).  I can confirm 
that West Yorkshire Combined Authority (“WYCA”) does not hold information covered by your 
request.  Network Rail who own West Yorkshire rail stations may hold this information and you 
may wish to approach Network Rail.  We are unable to assist you any further with your enquiry. 
 
I trust the above is to your satisfaction.  However, if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your 
request, you have the right to ask for an internal review.  Internal review requests should be 
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and 
should be addressed to me.
