Dear Transport for London,

I would like to refine my request to this:

I would like to obtain a list of Permit To Travel (PERTIS) machines
on your network which are either in use or not in use. I would also
like to see all maintenance history records for these machines listed.

Hopefully this request will be more specific and best informative to me.

Yours faithfully,

Benjamin Roughton

Dear Transport for London,

Sorry, for got to include a time frame in the reply I sent you a few minutes ago. I would like a 10 year history. I think these machines are quite obsolete but if it is too expensive for a 10 year history please could I have a 5 year history and if that is too much then a 2 year history please?

Yours faithfully,

Benjamin Roughton
