Dear Mr Roughton

Our ref: FOI-0282-1617

Thank you for your email received on 4 May 2016 asking for the logs for
access to South Ruislip to enable maintenance for the PERTIS machine.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. However, we do not
hold the information you require.

In our response to a previous Freedom of Information request we advised
you that we do not have any PERTIS machines on our network. To be thorough
we have searched our Permit Access database and found no mention of
"PERTIS" in a year's worth of data (260,000 line items). All contractors
accessing an LU station for work have to sign-on on this system.

PERTIS is Network Rail related, so you may find they are better placed to
help you.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely

Graham Hurt
