We're waiting for Petra moore to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Charity Commission for Northern Ireland,

Please can you provide the religious denominations of all of (a) your junior staff, ((b) so called senior staff, (c) "management staff, including "commissioners" over the past 5 years as reported to the Equality Commission?

Dear Petra Moore,

I am writing in response to your recent request for information (ref:
FOI20170607) and would draw to your attention to the provisions of Section
8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which states:

"8 Request for information.

(1)In this Act any reference to a "request for information" is a reference
to such a request which- . 
(a)is in writing, . 
(b)states the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence, and

(c)describes the information requested. "

In line with previous requests, and as we are considering refusing the
request as vexatious or repeated, the Commission is therefore entitled, in
line with guidance issued by the ICO, to seek to confirm identity in order
to determine if the request is valid. The Commission is also mindful of
its need to comply with its duty under the Fourth Data Protection
Principle which states:

"4 Personal data shall be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date."

The Commission is therefore asking you to provide verification of your
identity as soon as possible.

You can verify your identity by providing proof of identity using a form
as per

This indicates you cannot use one form of identification for both name and
address. Please provide a clear colour photocopy or scan of identity
documents to Neil Wilson, Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, 257

accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Alternatively you may in
person bring the originals to the Commission’s offices at 257 Lough Road,
Lurgan, Co Armagh, BT66 6NQ, by appointment, to be verified. Once your
identity has been verified the Commission will process your request in
line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
