Dear Aberdeenshire Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Aberdeenshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Person Specifications for NESBReC posts'.

I believe it is obvious that the person specification supplied for the post IT Support/GIS Officer for the North East Scotland Biological Record Centre is not correct. What I asked was for IT Support/GIS Officer for the North East Scotland Biological Record Centre and the response was for Integrated Habitat System IT Support. Both the date and grade show values which as far as I am aware have never been associated with the IT Support/GIS Officer post so I am asking you to review your response.

Of course, had you asked for clarification at an earlier stage this might have been resolved without the need for review.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Iain Lawrie
