Persistent Contact Policy
Dear Southwark Borough Council,
I am interested in finding out how much contact with Southwark Council would they regard as in breach of its persistent contact policy.
I would also like to know how someone would find out if Southwark has recorded them as such.
Yours faithfully
MARGARET NICOL
