Dear Mr Lacey,

Thank you for your request for information. Please find the response to
your query below.

Could the council please inform me what the specified restrictions are and
where they are stated in the 2015 GPDO - The applications were assessed
against the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).

Forestry buildings are assessed against Schedule 2 Part 6 Class E. This
needs to be read in conjunction with Articles 1 to 8 and Schedule 1. We
have attached the relevant extracts from the legislation.

And can they please inform me why this sentence about specified
restrictions has never been used in any other forestry building by a
delegated officer in East Devon - Under FOI we do not have to provide
reasoning only information that is held. This part of your request falls
outside the parameters of FOI and is therefore refused.
