Dear East Devon District Council, could you please provide me with information on how many trees will be planted each year on application no 22/0886/AGE as you have said that the building is reasonable necessary to store machinery for this operation. and why have the council refused to but time scales on the forestry operations for the planting of trees.
Yours faithfully,
JUSTIN LACEY

Dear Mr Lacey,
Thank you for your request for information. Please find the response to
your query below.
You requested to know how many trees will be planted each year on
application no 22/0886/AGE as you have said that the building is
reasonable necessary to store machinery for this operation - This
information is not held
And why have the council refused to put time scales on the forestry
operations for the planting of trees - We do not have to provide reasoning
under FOI only information that is held. This part of your request falls
outside the parameters of FOI and is therefore refused.
I hope this information is helpful but, if you feel dissatisfied with the
way we have responded to your request, please contact our Monitoring
Officer, to request an internal review [2][email address].
You can also request a review using [3]our online request form.
