Permitted Development

JUSTIN LACEY made this Freedom of Information request to East Devon District Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

East Devon District Council did not have the information requested.

Dear East Devon District Council,

application no 20/1305/AGR was considered reasonably necessary for a forestry building on 2000sq meters of woodland so can the council please tell me what operations are been carried out because the only documents submitted with the application are drawing off where the building is in the small wood and if the council did not no what operations are benign carried out. why did they deem the building reasonably necessary

Yours faithfully,
Justin Lacey

Dear Mr Lacey,

Thank you for your request for an Internal Review. You are asking ‘how the
council deemed a forestry building reasonably necessary with no details of
what forestry operations were going to be done’.

You have asked how a decision was made and on what basis and this is not
within the scope of Freedom of Information. We are only at liberty to
provide data that we hold, we do not have to provide reasoning as to why
or how a decision was made. If you wish to query the decision the Council
has made then you will need to direct this question to the Service in
question as a service enquiry.

Your request for an Internal Review is therefore not valid in this case.

Kind regards

Information & Complaints Officer

EDDC
