Dear East Devon District Council,
application no 24/2320/AGR the delegated report states. this is not considered to be the case because there is not considered to be a need to house the plant and machinery on site in relation to the limited amount of forestry work and afforestation work. so this statement from the planning officer must mean that so much work has to be carried out to make a building reasonably necessary so can you please provide me with the information on how much forestry/afforestation work has to be carried hours per week or year and where by law it is stated the council can refuse a building on these grounds and how many trees have to be planted each year for a building to be reasonably necessary. and again by law where is this stated
Yours faithfully,
JUSTIN LACEY
