Permitted development
Dear East Devon District Council, application 24/2320/AGR the planning officer has Cleary stated when writing about tree planting . states were this to become available it would seem likely that the extent of planting proposed [particularly if undertaken by machine] could be carried out in a relatively short period of time. as the officer has stated a time scale could he please provide me with how long each tree will take to be planted. as Cleary set out in the planning application is how the holes will be drilled and what soil has to go back. and this is why the morewoods people have Cleary stated the trees will be delivered in two phases and it all so clearly states that the trees can be plant in a nursery. so again please provide me with how long it will take to plant one tree. and by law please provide me where it states that the council have the power to refuse a building on there opinion. and where it states that a afforestation project has time lines set by the council for a building to be reasonably necessary
and how many trees have to be planted for the building to be reasonably necessary each year by law and where all this is stated in the nppf/ppg/gpdo so I can look it up
Yours faithfully,
JUSTIN LACEY
