Permission to close Charlton Road and others on 28/10/2012

Steve Smythe made this Freedom of Information request to Greenwich Borough Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

I understand that Charlton Road and others were closed under the powers granted by Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 s16A and that the Council applied to the Secretary of State as the traffic authority for the road concerned for consent as the roads had already been closed once this year under the same powers.

Please supply me with a copy of any correspondence between the Council and the Secretary of State pertaining to this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Smythe

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

In case it was not clear, the date of the closure was 28 Oct 2012 and the event was Run to the Beat.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Smythe
