Dear Post Office Limited,

In evidence to the Post Office Horizon Inquiry Mr Jarnail Singh, former POL senior criminal lawyer, said he had permission from Post Office Ltd to undertake private legal practice while employed as a full time employee of Post Office Ltd.

Please provide details of the permission granted to Mr Singh and in particular arrangements to avoid and/or resolve potential conflicts of interest between Post Office Ltd and Mr Singh's private practice clients and arrangements for isolation of costs and disbursements to ensure Post Office Ltd did not pay any of Mr Singh's private practice costs.
