Dear Mr Burnham

Firstly I must apologise for not getting back to you sooner.

Our IT colleagues are working flat out to and we will respond as soon as
our systems allow us to obtain the information you have requested.

I fully appreciate that this is not satisfactory for you. However, I would
ask for some understanding and we will use our best endeavours to provide
this information to you by the end of May.

Again, I am very sorry for not being able to respond in the way we would
have liked.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact me.

With best wishes

Yours sincerely
