To whom it may concern,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am writing to you to request the information about the permanent private halls in the University of Oxford. Please provide the following details:

1. What are the eligibility criteria for obtaining a licence to open or operate a permanent private hall in the University of Oxford?
2. In 2022, what was the annual fee for the licence for a permanent private hall in the University of Oxford (PPH licence)? Was this fee the same to all permanent private halls?
3. In 2022, what were the respective fees paid by Blackfriars Hall, Champion Hall, Wycliffe Hall, and Regent's Park College for their PPH licences?

I would enormously appreciate your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,
