Perks, Trips, Holidays and Free Gifts in relation to Olympic Contract

Dear British Waterways Board,

PREAMBLE
An organisation calling itself Water Chariots has been awarded the
contract to carry passengers from Tottenham, and from Limehouse to the Olympic Park during the Games.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Please provide details of any gift, perk, free trip/holiday supplied to
any BW staff member by any person connected to the above organiation
and or project.

If any such gift, perk, free trip/holiday has been supplied to any BW staff
member please give their position, and name as well as details of what was supplied. Please include the estimated value of any such gifts etc.

Information Request,

Dear Mr Wells,

Thank you for your e-mail of 15th July.

I write in response to your request for the following information:

"details of any gift, perk, free trip/holiday supplied to any BW staff member by any person connected to the above organiation and or project.
If any such gift, perk, free trip/holiday has been supplied to any BW staff member please give their position, and name as well as details of what was supplied. Please include the estimated value of any such
gifts etc."

Later the same day you also requested the following:

"Please include in the infromatino supplied the name and position of any person and the name of any organisation they work for, who supplied any gifts etc to BW stafff members as outlined above."

I can confirm that no gift, perk, free trip/holiday were supplied to any BW staff member by any person connected to the 'Water Chariot' organisation and or project.
