'Perks' the PM receives in addition to his salary

The request was partially successful.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

What perks do the Prime Minister and his immediate family (his fiancee, and children if possible) receive, due to his status as PM and/or as an MP?

By 'perks', I mean:
- allowances
- grants (of money, goods, and services)
- subsidies (eg. subsidised food and alcohol in Parliament, discounts, or not being required to pay tax where a member of the public would be)
- expenses accounts
- staff such as a cleaner or cook for Downing St or Chequers, not paid with his personal money
- benefits-in-kind (eg. use of a 'company car', or use of a property)
- any other material benefits that the PM and his family receive due to his status as Prime Minister and/or his status as a Member of Parliament.

The above is my main request but I have added some details below in case it is not clear enough.

As an example of the kind of thing I mean, some things I have heard that the PM receives are:
- Living rent-free at Downing Street
- Use of Chequers, which employs 12? household staff
- £30,000/yr grant for the upkeep/redecorating/furnishing of Downing Street
- Chauffeur (how much does this cost?)

Some things I would particularly like to know about are:
- Money/grants/etc to pay for the clothes the PM wears to work, including public appearances (eg. suits)
- Private health insurance, or other access to private healthcare, provided because he is PM at no cost or reduced cost to him personally
- Money, staff, discounts, vouchers etc for childcare, school fees, other tuition
- Commuting/travel/parking expenses
- Work-related training
- Does the PM pay his own bills for electricity, water, and gas or is that part of living rent-free at Downing St?

That is not an exhaustive list, please include any other perks too.

Where possible, please give details of what he receives. For example, if you were telling me about the £30,000/yr grant for the upkeep of Downing St, you would please not just say "The PM has access to a grant for the upkeep of Downing St", you would say "The PM has access to a £30,000/yr grant for the upkeep of Downing St".

Yours faithfully,
M. Hartree
