Perjury

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman,

Please point to that data held in your care that explains whether the Ombudsman is allowed to assist law firms (acting on behalf of NHS England and The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust) to commit perjury in their 2015 Statement of Truths?

*I had hoped to resolve this issue at a private meeting with the PHSO but when Helen Holmes finally agreed to a meeting in the Summer, it was never progressed by any of your staff.

Yours faithfully,

Fiona Watts

Dear Fiona Watts

Your information request (FDN-274224)

I am writing in response to your two emails of 12 December 2016, which ask
questions about the remit and policies of PHSO.

All of PHSO’s policies are published on its website at the following link:
[1]http://www.ombudsman.org.uk/about-us/bei...

In addition, the legislation which governs PHSO’s work, the Health Service
Commissioners Act 1993 and the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967, are
available online at: [2]www.legislation.gov.uk

Further to this information which is available in the public domain, we
hold nothing relevant to your requests.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your information request,
you can request an internal review by writing to:
[3][Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman request email]. Beyond that, it is open to you to
complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ([4]www.ico.org.uk).

Dear InformationRights,

The legislation that you refer to does not make any reference to PERJURY.

I refer you to my question again;

Please point to that data held in your care that explains whether the Ombudsman is allowed to assist law firms (acting on behalf of NHS England and The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust) to commit perjury in their 2015 Statement of Truths?

Clarification sought;
A) Are you implying that the staff at the Ombudsman can do what they like to victim's data and never be held to account?

B) Where do you warn applicants of this?

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Watts
