I refer to my email dated 13 May 2014 acknowledging receipt of your Freedom of Information request dated 12 May 2014. You requested the following information and I reply to both of your questions in the same numbering order as below:-
"The percentage of unregistered land in the borough of :-
(1) Sevenoaks (located in Kent) -- 3.25% (unregistered)
(2) Runnymede (located in Surrey) --- 11.39% (unregistered)
The data provided has been collected from a variety of sources as part of the land registration process. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the data we provide is as accurate as possible we cannot guarantee it is fit for your intended purpose or use.
It is also subject to Crown copyright and there may be other important publication restrictions, such as those concerning data protection. This means that if you intend to publish or quote from the data supplied, you must let us know in advance of publication.

If you are dissatisfied with this response to your request, you may seek an internal review within two months of the date of our reply. Internal reviews will be dealt within 20 working days.
