I currently have nine applications in the system where she has been the case officer, all have been refused and all are at appeal.

In response to your FOI request:-

The total number of planning applications decided by this Council where
Alison Willers is recorded as case officer is 183 of which 146 were
approved and 37 refused – approx. 20%.
Similarly the total number of appeals decided by the Inspectorate where
Alison is recorded as case officer is 12 of which 10 were in accordance
with Alison’s recommendation and 2 were contrary to her recommendation –
approx. 83%.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be
submitted in writing within 40 working days of receiving the original
reply and should be addressed to:

Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
