Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Care Plus Group should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Care Plus Group,

I am writing to make a request for information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please send me:

• The percentage of Care Plus Group employees who are autistic.
• The percentage of Care Plus Group volunteers who are disabled.
• The percentage of Care Plus Group volunteers who are autistic.
• The percentage of Care Plus Group employees who were former volunteers.
• The percentage of Care Plus Group disabled staff who are in graduate roles.
• The mean salary, the median salary and the salary range for Care Plus Group staff.
• The mean salary, the median salary and the salary range for disabled Care Plus Group staff.
• The mean salary, the median salary and the salary range for autistic Care Plus Group staff.
• Is it still the case that none of the board members of Care Plus Group are disabled?
• Is it still the case that 3. 9% of Care Plus Group employees are disabled?
• What is your policy with regards to refunding travel costs to interview and occupational health appointments when you rescind job offers, after deciding that you cannot reasonably accommodate any adjustments recommended?

If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page numbers and URLS if necessary.
