Dear Environment Agency,

It has been reported that the Environment Agency invested its £2.3bn pension fund in a shocking list of companies that are involved in everything from incineration and toxic chemical production to arms manufacturing.

In October 2014 the environment agency issued a permit that would allow Sita UK to build and operate a type of incinerator unproven to burn RDF/MSW, and with no working reference plant anywhere in the world, at Charlton Lane ,Shepperton , on a cramped site accessible by members of the public and less than 300 metres from residents homes.

Please provide details of any EA pension fund investments directly or indirectly invested in Sita or any other company that is owned by Suez Environmental .

Yours faithfully,
