We can confirm that we do not  have any company cars.  We do have a car
lease scheme, which is available for all employees but the Trust does not
contribute financially to this.

 

However we did have a legacy car lease scheme which the Trust did
contribute financially to for essential car users.

Further to your email below, I can now respond to your request dated 22^nd
January 2017 and clarified on 30^th January 2017.

 

You initially requested the following information:

 

1. The number of vehicles provided to all grades of
Administrative/Management staff by your trust.

2. The annual cost of this provision for the most recently available
financial year.

3. Confirmation that this provision registered with HMRC as a 'Benefit in
Kind'.

 

On 30^th January 2017 we responsed with:

 

We can confirm that we do not  have any company cars.  We do have a car 
lease scheme, which is available for all employees but the Trust does not 
contribute financially to this.

However we did have a legacy car lease scheme which the Trust did
contribute financially to for essential car users.

Please clarify if you would be interested in receiving this information.

 

On 30^th January 2017 you clarified that -  The legacy scheme only would

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted within Pennine
Care NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) to locate the requested information
and I can confirm that the information requested is held by the Trust.

 

Answers provided are in relation to the Trust’ s Legacy Car Lease scheme

 

1.  As at 1^st April 2015 there were 31 employees with Lease cars

     As at 1^st April 2016 there were 3 employees with Lease cars –  all
of which have ended during the Financial year 2016/17.

 

2.  The annual cost of those leased in 2015/16 - £89213.46.

     The annual cost of those leased in 2016/17 -   £9309.75.

 

3.  Lease cars which include a Trust financial contribution are registered
as a ‘Benefit in Kind’.
