Dear Mr McLellan,

Thank you for your response, and for 'voluntarily' supplying me with the information. However, I feel the need to point out that although you claim the material is reasonably accessible and thus exempt, you failed to adhere to the Information Commissioner's Awareness Guidance No. 6, which observes that, "There should be no possibility of applicants being left in any doubt as to how they can obtain the information which they want."

Since you did not make clear how one would go about obtaining this 'public domain' information, you didn't meet the required standard!
