Please could you provide me with the following information for the months of October - December 2013:

1. PCNs with unique reference number, date, time of issue, GIS location, postcode and outcome of appeal where an appeal was raised for the reason given that the ticket machine was broken. Please include whether the appeal was granted or denied and on what grounds - please include whether the machine in question was reported by the Civil Enforcement Officer to be working, thus negating the grounds for appeal.

2. Repairs of ticket machines, time when the ticket machine was reported broken and time when the ticket machine was repaired. To include date, GIS location and postcode.

1.We do not record information about the reason for the appeal other than in a scanned copy of the letter or the text of the appeal. We also do not record the GIS location nor postcode on the Penalty Charge Notices. As such this information is not available.
