Penalty charges on Pulteney Bridge, Bath

We're waiting for Derek Dishman to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Bath and North East Somerset Council

Please tell me the number of PCN issued each month for 'Being in a bus lane' on Pulteney Bridge, Bath in the months of April, May & June 2017. If your system keeps the statistics please separate each monthly figure into eastbound and westbound contraventions.

The sign tells me that there is an exception for authorised vehicles. Please provide a list of authorised vehicles showing for each vehicle the vehicle make & model, vehicle class and the reason they are authorised. Please highlight any BANES council vehicles such as dustcarts, highways officers, mayoral transport etc.

Yours faithfully

Derek Dishman
