Dear Transport for London,
How many PCNs were issued with contravention code 51 "Failing to comply with a No Entry sign"at Wilton Road SW1 at the junction of Neathouse Place SW1? Please can you supply monthly figures for the years 2012 to 2015.
Are out of town taxis classed as Taxis and therefore allowed entry?
Are Private Hire Vehicles exempt and allowed entry or do they receive PCNs?
