2, How many officers/operators are issuing tickets via the camera system?
3, Can you please list - from highest to lowest - the number of PCNs issued by each camera operator for the last two financial years. They can be anonymised and ranked 1 to x if you are unable to provide the officer IDs.
4, How many ANPR cameras are in operation across the borough? Please list the locations and offences each is monitoring.
5, Please provide the individual identifier number for each ANPR.

Subject: FOI - Penalty Charge Notices and ANPR cameras in Croydon
Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases
you will be notified and, where possible, a revised time-scale will be

Further to your request received on 15/04/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Specifically, you have requested the following information:
1, How many Penalty Charge Notices have been issued from Automatic Number
Plate Recognition cameras since April 2019? Please provide a breakdown by
year.
Included on Attached spreadsheet, there is not an identifier in the system
to specifically filter out ANPR tickets as the contravention can either
be issued by both a live camera and ANPR camera. Therefore, we have
provided a complete list of all PCN’s issued by all cameras so as to
ensure all data requested is provided.
Further note As of the 2023/24 fiscal year all cameras operated in Croydon
in relation to parking have now been upgraded to ANPR.
